The firm’s principal, Ann Humphrey, has an established track record as a tax lawyer. Ann was admitted as a solicitor in 1977. She has an MBA, a Master’s in law, and worked for 16 years as a tax lawyer in the City, including time as a corporate tax partner at law practice Richards Butler.
Ann is a Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) and in that capacity decides oral and paper appeals, mainly in relation to social security matters.
Demystifying the law is one of Ann’s aims and she has written books and articles on tax subjects.
